Employment is the foundation of People’s livelihood.With the increasing scale and increment of graduates in China,and also affected by covid-19,the employment pressure of college graduates states at a high level,the structural contradiction in the employment market is outstanding,and the supply and demand of graduates can not match.As an important public policy,the employment promotion policy of college graduates plays an important role in ensuring the stable and high-quality employment of college graduates,and it is also an effective measure to guarantee the employment rights and interests of college graduates,to some extent,the problem of employment contradiction can be alleviated.The study on the effect of employment promotion policy in private colleges has strong realistic pertinence and meets the need of policy optimization.From the perspective of the implementation of the employment promotion policy for college graduates in Guangdong G College,this paper first sorts out and classifies the employment promotion policy for college graduates in Guangdong Province in the past five years.Based on the theory of policy evaluation,this paper constructs the Evaluation Index System of employment promotion policy and determines the index weight by the method of expert survey,then studies the mechanism and influence of the relevant factors on the effect of the employment promotion policy in this college,and reveals the internal mechanism of the comprehensive influence of many factors on the effect of the employment promotion policy.Finally,this paper analyzes the effect of the employment promotion policy in private colleges in Guangdong province and puts forward some suggestions.The results of the study shows that the comprehensive score of the employment promotion policy for Guangdong G College is 69.93.Among the three first-level evaluation indexes,the policy effectiveness score is the highest,70.89,the scores of policy efficiency and policy responsiveness were 68.86 and 69.93,which indicated that the effect of policy implementation still needed to be improved.In order to improve the effect of employment promotion policy in private colleges,it is first necessary to adjust the policy objectives,expand the policy coverage,explore the policy resources,and improve the supervision and feedback mechanism,as so as to improve the effectiveness of the policy.The second is to improve the efficiency of the policy by optimizing the construction of institutions and teams,policy publicity,personnel training in private colleges.Social coordination is needed to ensure the implementation of employment promotion policy,multi-party linkage,expand the employment capacity,eliminate employment discrimination,prioritize livelihood,and improve policy responsiveness.
