The Problem Of Grid Management Of Public Security Work In Urban Villages

With the development of cities today,there are still many urban village areas,and in the grid community governance,public security community policing work is an indispensable part of it.The community policing work in urban villages is different from that of cities and towns.There are some problems such as large population mobility and complex personnel composition.For community policing work,This series of problems has made it more difficult and less efficient when the police work is carried out.And the inadequate assessment and encouragement mechanism will increase the slackness of the civil auxiliary police,which will hinder the development of community police work in the grid governance in urban villages.In the past two years,The author has worked in the police station under the jurisdiction of the urban village area,participated in the actual work of community police affairs,and accumulated more practical information through observation,interviews and field investigations.This article summarizes the research of the current community police work mode in Z City,and understands the development of social governance work of grass-roots police stations through literature History and the relevant policies of Z City on the work of grass-roots public security police stations lay a theoretical foundation for this article,and then visit,investigate and investigate the police work in the jurisdiction.At the same time,compare them with urban and rural police stations,find similarities and differences from the work content of police stations,and propose that they are different from towns and villages.The problems existing in the community governance work of the urban village police station working in the police station found that in the governance work of the grass-roots police station,there are problems such as insufficient police force,uneven matching,blurred boundaries of police-non-police work,and insufficient police force sinking.Finally,by consulting the literature and drawing on the experience of urban village governance in other provinces and cities,we put forward a police work mechanism suitable for Y police stations.Through the above research,we can actually improve the work efficiency of grass-roots community police in the process of social governance,reduce the workload,and reduce the work pressure of grass-roots community police.
