Research On Optimizing Grid Management Of Community Policing

As time changes,society development is faster,population movements are more frequent and people-to-people exchanges are more closer.However,a series of tricky social issues are also brought about,for example,social contradictions are more and more evident,the total number of cases of illegal crimes is increasing,and intelligent crime means make detection more difficult,and the governance of old residential areas has been an issue,making the governance of police more difficult.With the proposal of transitioning from "Priority to Bureaucrat" to "Priority to People" as well as the transition of government role,"people-oriented" is known and upheld by the mass.People begin to care whether their personal rights are protected,whether their living environment is improved,and people is developing in the direction of diversification and personification.Public security organ holds a "customer first"attitude to people by paying great attention to people’s sense of happiness and satisfaction.In such an environment,traditional community management is no longer in line with social development and the original intention to build a harmonious society,and it cannot solve the existing social contradictions.Therefore,community gridded management,a new method of community management,comes for the era.In the paper,the community gridded management in J police station in G District,Nanjing City is taken as an case to analyze.Based on management of grass-roots public security organs,to grasp the community gridded management in J police station in G District,as well as the achievements achieved by the management and the problems faced in the management.And relevant suggestions for the problems faced by J police station in G District in applying the community gridded management,as well as plan and prospects for the optimization of management in the next stage are put forward.The paper is as follows:The first part is the introductory,including the proposal of research problem,literature review,research methods and ways,as well as innovative and difficult points.The second part defines and expounds the core concepts,the characteristics and functions of community policing grid management,and theories involved in the paper on the basis of opinion.The third part elaborates the historical evolution of community policing according to four stages,and then analyzes the generation logic of the grid management of community policing in Nanjing G District J police station.The fourth part explores the practice by giving examples of community gridded management in J police station in G District,Nanjing City and assessing,explain the problems existing detailedly.Upon the foreign community policing management sucessful experience,the fifth part of the paper analyzes the development of community gridded management in Dongshahu Police Station Branch of Suzhou Industrial Park,Ningbo Police Station and Jurong Police Station as a reference by taking them as cases,proposing suggestions for strengthening community gridded management in J police station in G District,Nanjing City.At last,the part of the paper gives a summary.
