Research On The Grid Management Of Community Policing In The H Police Station Of Donghai County, Lianyungang From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

Community policing,originating from the fourth policing revolution in the West in the 20 th century,is an important part of the policing reform in modern countries.It changes the traditional policing mode,emphasizes the interaction between the police and the community,and jointly manages the community.Nowadays,community policing has become the basic work of public security organs.It is not only a bridge connecting the party,the government and the people,but also the cornerstone of public security work.Strengthening and improving community policing in urban and rural areas is the fundamental path to maintain social security and stability.As a new concept,grid management is an important part of social management innovation,which can better respond to the diversified development of the society.At present,all regions have fully realized the significance of grid management in the grass-roots social governance.H police station is located in the urban area of Donghai County.Its community policing work has a strong demonstration role for the whole county.It can solve the practical problems in the grid management of community policing,improve the work efficiency,play a positive role in the community,and promote the construction and development of each community in Donghai County.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and investigation to discuss the theory and practice of foreign and domestic community policing in the grid management.And through the empirical study of community policing in H police station,it analyzes the problems existing in the grid management of community policing,and abstracts the experience and practice of district police construction to improve H police station based on the governance theory.The main body of the article is divided into five parts.First chapter introduces the background of the topic and the relevant theories;second chapter expounds the relevant concepts;third chapter summarizes the field investigation of community police in H police station;fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes of current community police;fifth chapter introduces the advanced experience and practices at home and abroad.At the final of the paper,it introduces the emergence of community police at present from the point of view of strengthening grid management;and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.Through the research on the grid management of community policing in H police station,we can get the experience as follows: we should improve the system of laws and regulations,strengthen the coordination with other social organizations and departments,form the joint forces of organizations,divide the grid scientifically,accelerate the information and intelligent construction of the comprehensive platform of community policing,guarantee the budget of funds,complete the hardware facilities,unblock the channels of communication between the police and the people,and improve In the new situation of social governance of grid management,community policing can play a more significant role.The author takes the H police station as an example to study.First,he is familiar with the relevant methods and measures.Second,he hopes that the experience and methods summarized through the investigation and research of H police station can provide some valuable reference for the implementation of grid management in the underdeveloped areas.
