Abstract/Summary:
It is very urgent to rely on the actual situation of townships to enable township civil servants to exert their due strength in their respective job positions,develop the potential of township civil servants,and solve the problems of low work efficiency and low self-worth of township civil servants in a targeted manner.Improving the incentive mechanism for township civil servants is the best way to solve this phenomenon,This is also the original intention of studying the incentive mechanism for township civil servants using S town in N district as an example.Township civil servants refer to civil servants who work in township governments,exercise national public power,and perform national official duties.Studying the incentive mechanism for township civil servants is not only because it is rooted in the most grassroots and remote areas,but also because it has representativeness in the work area;And because the group that it provides government services to is the farmers,it has special characteristics in terms of service targets.In the context of rural revitalization,improving the efficiency of township civil servants has profound significance.So this article takes civil servants in S Town,N District as the research object.Through field research,theoretical analysis,and other research methods,using theoretical knowledge such as human resources,management,and psychology,it explores the incentive situation of civil servants in S Town,N District from two dimensions: material incentive mechanism and non material incentive mechanism.By referring to the theories and experiences of incentive mechanisms in different regions and cultures,Focusing on the general status and practical needs of the incentive mechanism in S town,N district,we analyze and propose suggestions for optimizing the incentive mechanism for civil servants in S town,N district,in order to provide new ideas for the study of township incentive mechanisms.
