Township government is the most basic level of our government governance system,and it is the foundation of our governance system.Township civil servants directly serve the masses,their work performance is directly related to the implementation of national policies and the image of the government among the masses.Improving the incentive mechanism of township civil servants is not only related to the improvement of the overall quality of township civil servants,but also related to the improvement of the executive power of township government and the development of rural social and rural economy.Therefore,considering the actual situation of civil servants across township,research on the incentive mechanism of civil servants on township level has important theoretical and actual significance in mobilizing the enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of towns' civil servants,improving the administrative efficiency town governments,and the implementation of national policies as well.It is very important to research on the incentive mechanism of township civil servants.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and face-to-face interview to analyze the job satisfaction and incentive status of the civil servants in Dayang township of Tang county.Based on the results of the survey and interview,it points out the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism of civil servants in Dayang township of Tang County,which are mainly reflected in unreasonable salary,irregular promotion,unscientific assessment,imperfect training and inadequate rewards and punishments.The reasons for these problems can be analyzed from three aspects: the influence of the incentive concept,the lack of the people-oriented incentive concept and the obstruction of equalitarianism.the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of the implementation of the incentive system,and the weak endogenous incentive power of the township civil servants themselves.On this basis,combined with the actual situation in Dayang township of Tang county and relevant incentive theories,we should change the incentive concept,establish a people-oriented incentive idea,and adhere to the principle of fairness and justice,and improve the incentive system,Including the salary system,promotion system,assessment system,training system,reward and punishment system;release the internal motivation,cultivate the sense of responsibility and dedication of township civil servants,shape the value pursuit of township civil servants,and put forward countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of the civil servants in Dayang township of Tang county,hoping to stimulate the enthusiasm of the civil servants in Dayang township,and improve the credibility and administrative efficiency of township government,so as to provide useful reference for the improvement of the incentive mechanism of township civil servants.The incentive of township civil servants involves a wide range of fields,and the content is relatively rich and complex.Due to the limited theoretical level and knowledge level of the author,the research content is not thorough and comprehensive enough.With the continuous progress of society and the increasing attention of experts and scholars to township civil servants,I believe that in the future,the incentive mechanism of township civil servants will be more and more scientific and perfect.
