Shaanxi Province From The Perspective Of Marxist Social Governance Research On Urban Community Governance

Since the 18 th National Congress,the Party has led the masses to work hard and achieve great changes in Chinese society.During this period,cities in our country experienced rapid development and also faced new problems.The growing demand for a better life for the people is intertwined with the development issues of the city,impacting the existing urban governance model.As the fundamental unit of a city,communities are the fundamental field for resolving conflicts and disputes,stabilizing production and development,ensuring people’s lives,and meeting their needs.The stability of social order driven by the development of urban Community Governance has become the top priority.Through Marxism,we can observe,analyze and resolve the problems of urban communities in China,provide theoretical support for the modernization of urban Community Governance,and promote the further development of urban Community Governance.This research takes urban Community Governance as the theme,the relevant thoughts of the Party as the guide,the relationship between governance subjects,governance systems,governance methods,and governance resources as the clue,and the practice of urban Community Governance in Shaanxi Province as the research object.It summarizes the general experience of urban Community Governance and the governance process framework,finds the key problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for urban Community Governance,and optimizes the governance practice path.This research takes urban Community Governance as the theme,the relevant thoughts of the Party as the guide,the relationship between governance subjects,governance systems,governance methods,and governance resources as the clue,and the practice of urban Community Governance in Shaanxi Province as the research object.It summarizes the general experience of urban Community Governance and the governance process framework,finds the key problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for urban Community Governance,and optimizes the governance practice path.This article consists of an introduction and a main text.The introduction explains the reason for the topic selection,research status,and research methods.The text includes four parts.The first part defines the relevant concepts of urban Community Governance from the perspective of theoretical analysis,and explores the origin of Marxist urban Community Governance theory.The second part reviews the development process of urban Community Governance in China from the perspective of historical development,which is generally in the direction of control management governance.At the same time,urban Community Governance in Shaanxi Province has its particularity in terms of multi subject governance vitality,organizational strength and social mobility.The third part carries out field research on the current situation of urban Community Governance in Shaanxi Province.Its governance practice has formed an urban Community Governance system integrating governance subject,system,mode and resources,that is,the governance subject adopts appropriate governance mode to use governance resources to conduct urban Community Governance in the governance system operation system.The typical experience of its governance is to lead multiple entities to participate in governance with grassroots party organizations as the optimization countermeasures of urban Community Governance modernization.Based on the process architecture and key issues of governance,in order to promote the modernization of urban Community Governance in Shaanxi Province,it is necessary to adhere to and improve the urban Community Governance community,standardize and improve the Community Governance system,refine and optimize the governance methods,and gather multiple governance resources to improve the functions and links of the main links of urban Community Governance,so as to achieve its effective operation and better give play to the governance effectiveness.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China declares that China has entered a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.In the new stage of development,the modernization of urban Community Governance will realize the harmonious and stable development of social order under the leadership of the Party,the full stimulation of people oriented social vitality,and the innovative development of reform driven social governance.It will help Chinese path to modernization from three aspects of leadership,main force,and driving force,and lay a solid social foundation for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
