Research On The Cultivation Strategy Of College Students’ Concept Of Struggle In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of youth struggle,and encouraged the majority of young people to take the responsibility of the times,work hard,and be brave pioneers,pioneers and devotees of the times.The concept of struggle shows the Chinese sons and daughters’ will to strive and the will and character to make achievements and move forward bravely.Standing at a new historical position and the starting point of the era,whether the college students who are newcomers of the era have a scientific concept of struggle is related to the success of students,the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.At present,the research and practice of the education and academic circles on the cultivation of the concept of struggle of college students in the new era has initially set sail,and the concept of struggle in the new era that college students should have has not yet been clarified.The research on the cultivation strategy lacks the characteristics of the times and strong realistic pertinence,which leaves a lot of space for the research of this topic.This paper firstly analyzes the theoretical basis of the college students’ concept of struggle in the new era.It mainly sorts out the Marxist theoretical roots of the college students’ concept of struggle in the new era,the concept of struggle of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,and the concept of struggle in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Secondly,based on this,it analyzes in detail the theoretical implication of the college students’ concept of struggle in the new era.It mainly clarifies its four-dimensional value orientation of striving for personal success,striving for people’s happiness,striving for national rejuvenation,and striving for a better world;it clarifies that the basic essence of college students’ concept of struggle in the new era is to have a feeling of being willing to struggle,to have The courage to dare to struggle,the pursuit of the quality of being good at struggle,the specific requirements are continuous struggle,hard struggle,down-to-earth struggle,united struggle and innovative struggle.Thirdly,combining empirical research with literature viewpoints,objectively observes the current situation of the cultivation of college students’ concept of struggle in the new era,and mainly analyzes the positive effects,existing problems and causes of the cultivation of college students’ concept of struggle in the new era.It is believed that the utilitarian value of struggle,the weakening of the will to struggle,the discreteness of knowledge and action of struggle,the lack of pertinence in training content,and the lack of diversity in training methods are the problems existing in the cultivation of college students’ concept of struggle in the new era.There are large deviations,obvious biased family education methods,obvious loopholes in the school cultivation system,and negative effects on the social atmosphere and environment.Finally,it discusses the effective strategies for cultivating the concept of struggle of college students in the new era.;Consolidate the four cultivation positions of family,campus,network and society,focusing on political practice,labor education,virtual practice and so on.
