| The spirit of hard struggle is the heirloom of the development of the Chinese nation,an important engine for the Chinese society to stride forward,and also the political background of the Chinese Communists.The spirit of hard struggle has inspired generations of Chinese people to work hard and overcome difficulties.It has been integrated into our national character and has become the long-standing and enduring spiritual support of the Chinese nation.However,with the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,people’s living conditions have been greatly improved.In the face of rich material foundation and various wrong ideological trends,some people’s thoughts and behaviors gradually deviate from the spirit of hard struggle,especially the college students who have never experienced the difficult times in the new era are more likely to be affected by various negative factors,resulting in the emergence of a new era At present,the spirit of hard struggle is weakening.College students in the new era,as the mainstay of the future development of the country,bear great expectations,but also shoulder the important task of national rejuvenation.Real happiness is achieved through struggle.Life without hard struggle is boring.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle plays a vital role in the growth and development of college students.Based on the orientation of the new era,on the basis of theoretical research,taking the actual investigation as the breakthrough point,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems,finds out the practical reasons,and puts forward some positive and Effective Cultivation Countermeasures.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of five parts:The first part is a theoretical overview of the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard work in the new era.This paper clarifies the basic meaning of the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard struggle in the new era,analyzes the scientific connotation of the spirit of hard struggle in the new era,and clarifies the great era value of the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard struggle.The second part is to dig deep into the theory and practice treasure house of the CPC on the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle.This paper expounds the important expositions on the spirit of hard struggle made by the leaders of the past dynasties of the Party Central Committee,condenses the profound ideological resources,and excavates the theoretical basis for the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle.Then,by tracing back the historical process of the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard struggle carried out by the Communist Party of China,this paper explores the experience from the past practical activities,so as to provide useful reference for the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard struggle in the new era.The third part studies the current situation of College Students’ hard work spirit in the new era.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper explores the current situation of College Students’ hard work spirit.After sorting out and analyzing the survey data,it finds out the problems existing in college students’ hard work spirit,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part analyzes the reality of the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard work in the new era.Through the results of the survey,this paper finds out the difficulties faced by the cultivation of College Students’ hard work spirit,and then analyzes the causes of the difficulties,and finds out the main factors that have a negative impact on the cultivation effect of College Students’ hard work spirit.The fifth part is about the Countermeasures of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle of college students in the new era.This part puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for the cultivation of College Students’ spirit of hard struggle in the new era,mainly from the aspects of improving college students’ correct ideological cognition of the spirit of hard struggle,actively creating a clean and upright cultivation environment,establishing and improving the cultivation mechanism,and innovating and broadening the cultivation ways. |
