Research On The New Era Populus Euphratica Spirit Promoting The Construction Of The Corps’ Young Cadres

At the Third Central Symposium on Work in Xinjiang,the General Secretary stressed that cadres of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are trustworthy and effective.We should encourage them politically,support their work,guarantee their treatment,care for their life and psychology,and take effective measures to stabilize the ranks of cadres and talents in Xinjiang.The spirit of Populus euphratica was born in the arduous process of Tarim University,which reflects the dedication spirit of working hard and taking down like the Populus euphratica even in the harsh environment.In the background of the new era,the cause of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps continues to move forward.It requires not only young cadres to be firm in faith,loyal to the Party,responsible,and good at action,but also to show their feelings of family and country,take root in Xinjiang,be willing to contribute,and work hard and strive in the face of harsh conditions.This paper analyzes the possibility of the spirit of Hu Yang to boost the construction of the young cadres of the XPCC from two dimensions,which is the time value of the spirit and its value to the construction of the young cadres of the XPCC.By consulting the relevant literature of corps organization work about civil servants management,cadres,cadres,cadres daily management supervision have a preliminary understanding,and in the corps four division and recycling "corps cadre team construction questionnaire",and the results of the questionnaire,summary corps of youth cadres team construction in the following problems in the development process,namely the cadre talent to introduce the quantity and quality is not enough,the cadre work depression,cadre ability to ascend and cadres loss problems.From the perspective of the spirit of Hu Yang,the reason for the problems in the construction of the team of young cadres in the XPCC is that the feelings rooted in the border areas need to be cultivated,the essence of hard struggle has not been developed,and the quality of unremitting self-improvement needs to be strengthened and the realm of dedication has not been reached.In view of the problems proposed to motivate young cadres bear as,strengthen the young cadres education training,improve the comprehensive ability of young cadres and cultivate young cadres dedication countermeasures of the four aspects,hope that by exploring poplar spirit in the study of booster corps cadre team construction to provide some reference Suggestions.
