| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform of the grass-roots organization of the Communist Youth League has been highly valued by the whole party.From the selection of pilot counties by the League Central Committee three years ago to the current comprehensive promotion,the reform of the grass-roots organization of the Communist Youth League in the county areas of the whole league has been in full swing.In this work,the selection of the working force of the reform group was put in the first place.As a pilot county in the early stage,strengthening the construction of the League cadre team is the top priority of continuously deepening the reform,and building a loyal,clean and responsible team of League cadres in the new era is the primary basis for doing well in the current youth work.This paper focuses on the research on the construction of the Communist Youth League cadre team in Z County under the background of the grass-roots organization reform of the Communist Youth League in the county.The author studies a large number of documents on the basis of the interview and discussion with the Communist Youth League cadres in Z County.The construction of the league cadre team in Z county has the problems of unreasonable structure of the league cadre team,insufficient guarantee of work resources,insufficient quality of the league cadres,low quality of education and training,poor evaluation and incentive effect,and poor channels for appointment and transfer.Based on the experience and cases that can be used for reference by Z County,corresponding solutions are put forward,which mainly include:standardizing the establishment of the regiment organization,scientifically setting up the posts of the regiment cadres,strengthening the drive of party building,ensuring work resources,strengthening work style construction,active exercise for growth,focusing on training education,improving ability and literacy,improving assessment methods,improving incentive paths,strictly selecting cadres,strengthening management guidance. |
