Research On The Path Of Rural Grass Roots Party Building Leading Rural Revitalization

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made a series of important arrangements and deployments for the work of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,We always emphasize the importance of prioritizing the work related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and depict a beautiful picture of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the future.The overall requirement is to achieve "prosperous industries,livable ecology,civilized rural culture,effective governance,and affluent living",and clarify the goal of basically achieving agricultural modernization by2035 and building an agricultural power by the middle of this century.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country still lies in rural areas.It emphasizes the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and party building guidance is the fundamental policy and source of motivation for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.This article adopts field research and case study methods to investigate three representative villages in T County and understand the actual situation of these three villages.In recent years,T County has taken some measures to guide rural revitalization through grassroots party building and has achieved certain results.The main manifestations are: consolidating the foundation of rural management and gradually improving the level of rural governance;Taking economic construction as the starting point,new breakthroughs have been made in industrial development;Guided by the needs of the people,continue to exert efforts in effective governance;Strengthen the promotion of various constructions,and the living standards of farmers have been improved.However,due to the inadequate understanding of the ideology of rural grassroots party building leading rural revitalization;Insufficient optimization of organizational construction system;Poor connection;The imperfect relevant systems have led to problems in T County’s practice of leading rural revitalization through grassroots party building,mainly manifested in the weakening of the political function of party building in leading rural revitalization,insufficient endogenous power,unclear role played,and insufficient basic guarantees.Therefore,this article proposes targeted optimization ideas: strengthening ideological construction;Optimize the construction system;Improve the working mechanism;Strengthen institutional construction.Through these optimization ideas,provide some feasible suggestions for the next step of party building leading rural revitalization and development.
