Research On Rural Grassroots Party Building Leading Rural Revitalization And Development

The successful convening of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made the comprehensive rural revitalization formally joined the road of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Under the new situation,implementing the rural revitalization strategy fully,promoting the modernization and upgrading of agriculture,developping rural "clean,green and beautiful",and letting farmers have a "happy,rich and busy" life have become the top priority of our party’s current rural work.Rural grassroots party organizations,as the party’s most basic-level leadership organization that is closest to the lives of farmers,it also only build rural grass-roots party organizations better and lead rural revitalization through party organizations,lead the country through organizational revitalization,we can go further and further along by the road of rural revitalization of socialism with Chinese characteristicsUnder the background of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy in the new period,this article takes rural grassroots party building as the research theme,and takes K town in J province as an example to conduct preliminary research and discussion on the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the new period.Through the understanding of the current work of the rural grassroots party building in K Town,J Province,the existing problems and reasons are analyzed.The main problems are the party member team structure and management irregularity,some party members and cadres are of low quality,party members have weak ideological and political awareness,and the rural party building foundation is weak,and the system Inadequate implementation and difficulties in collective economic development.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions for strengthening the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in K town:strengthen the construction of party members,strengthen the training of cadres,strengthen theoretical education,accelerate the construction of new positions for village-level party building,strengthen the supervision of party affairs and village affairs,and boost the growth of the collective economy.
