| The issue of agricultural and rural farmers is a key issue that affects the fate of the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Whether the "three rural" issues can be solved well affects the important process of the work of the whole party.To this end,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that we should promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The proposed rural revitalization strategy is consistent with the requirements of building a socialist modern country in China and the need for further development of rural areas after poverty eradication.Under the new situation,the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" cannot be carried out without the direction of the rural revitalization strategy,and rural development has ushered in another major opportunity.Rural cadres,as a group of "reinforcing steel in the foundation",can ensure that the ruling foundation of the Party at the grass-roots level is always solid.The 19 th National Congress clearly requires that we should build a team of village cadres with reasonable structure,excellent quality and outstanding ability.Therefore,based on the analysis and research of the current situation of the construction of the rural cadre team,taking the problem and demand as the guide,putting forward targeted measures for the construction of the rural cadre team,and constantly strengthening the comprehensive quality of the rural cadre team,have a great impact on promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In view of this,this paper takes L Town in L County as an example,takes the rural cadres of L Town as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature research,participation observation,case analysis,etc.to sort out the basic concepts and theoretical basis of the rural revitalization strategy,rural cadres,and the construction of rural cadre team.Through research,it is found that the rural cadre team of L Town has problems such as weakening of personnel strength,lack of ability to perform duties,lack of work motivation,and lax style and discipline,For the problems found,the reasons for the problems are analyzed deeply,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the selection and appointment mechanism,strengthen the construction of the ability to perform duties,optimize the training and learning system,improve the cadre incentive mechanism,and coordinate the supervision of multiple parties in combination with the new requirements for the rural cadre team in the context of the rural revitalization strategy and their own rural work practices.This paper hopes to provide some practical reference for the current better implementation of rural revitalization,promotion of rural modernization and training of high-quality rural cadres by analyzing and studying the construction of rural cadres in the context of rural revitalization strategy to a certain extent. |
