Research On Lenin’s Labor Education Thought

Lenin created the world ’s first socialist country.Although his history of leading socialist construction is not long,he has formed a very rich and valuable theory of socialist construction,including a series of important thoughts such as economic construction,political construction and cultural construction.Labor education thought is also an important part of it.In-depth study of Lenin ’s labor education thought is of great significance for comprehensively grasping Lenin’s theory of socialist construction,profoundly summarizing the practical experience of early socialist construction in Soviet Russia(after December 30,1922,the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,referred to as the Soviet Union,the same below),promoting the modernization of Marxism in China,and promoting the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper mainly analyzes the background,theoretical source,formation process,basic content,historical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Lenin ’s labor education thought.The main body of this paper consists of four parts :The first part analyzes the background and theoretical sources of Lenin ’s labor education thought.In terms of the background of the times,Lenin put forward the importance and urgency of carrying out labor education under the international background of the development of machine industry and modern science and technology,as well as the domestic background of adapting to the needs of cultivating high-quality socialist laborers,cultivating new socialist people and eliminating the disadvantages of the old education in Tsarist Russia;in terms of theoretical sources,Lenin is based on Marx and Engels ’ view that labor creates history and human beings themselves.The combination of labor and education is an important way to realize the all-round development of human beings and an inevitable trend of social development.Fully absorb the relevant labor education thoughts of Plekhanov,Chernyshevsky and Lunacharsky,and provide a theoretical basis for the formation of his labor education thoughts.The second part combs the three stages of germination,establishment and development of Lenin ’s labor education thought.Before the October Revolution,Lenin conceived and preliminarily expounded the labor education thought of " combining education with productive labor ";in the early stage of the victory of the October Revolution,Lenin established the labor education thought of " combining education with productive labor " in the " Draft Program of the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik)" and put it into practice;after the implementation of the new economic policy in 1921,Lenin enriched and developed the thought of labor education in the content and method of education in the process of putting the " combination of education and productive labor " into practice.The third part explains the basic content of Lenin ’s labor education thought.Among them,the main contents of Lenin ’s labor education include productive labor education,living labor education,comprehensive technical education,and labor spirit education;the main goal of labor education is to cultivate a new generation of communists and realize the all-round development of human beings.The practical measures of labor education include establishing the Marxist view of labor,carrying out labor education for all the Soviet people,adhering to the basic principle of combining education with productive labor,and carrying out labor education with the joint efforts of family,school and society.The fourth part discusses the historical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Lenin ’s labor education thought.The theoretical significance of Lenin ’s labor education thought is mainly reflected in its enrichment and development of Marxist labor education theory,which provides a theoretical basis for China to carry out labor education.Its practical significance is mainly reflected in that it provides practical guidance for the Soviet Union to carry out labor education and provides experience for other socialist countries.The contemporary enlightenment of Lenin ’s labor education thought enlightens us to take labor education as an important content of education in the new era in the process of carrying out labor education,teach students in accordance with their aptitude and strengthen vocational education,further adhere to the combination of education and productive labor,and adhere to the coordinated development of labor education.
