Lenin’s Labor Thought And Its Contemporary Value Research

Lenin’s Labor thought is an important theoretical source for the formation and development of Labor thought in other socialist countries.An in-depth study of Lenin’s Labor thought will broaden the research horizon of China’s Labor thought and enrich the socialist labor thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,in order to improve China’s labor productivity,the promotion of compulsory Labor,the establishment of a sound labor law,the development of Labor Education to provide important theoretical and practical reference,will be conducive to promoting the new era of the Party and the country to put forward the implementation of the principles and policies.This article takes Lenin’s classic works on the construction of labour in Russia and related literature as the entry point to study Lenin’s labour ideology from a macro perspective.The grim economic,political,cultural and ideological situation objectively accelerated the emergence of Lenin’s Labor thought,Marx’s thoughts on labor,all round development of human beings and education provided important theoretical support for Lenin’s Labor thought,the actual needs of Russian socialist construction provided fertile soil for the development and perfection of Lenin’s Labor thought This paper analyzes the main contents of Lenin’s labor thought from four aspects: Raising Labor Productivity,advocating communist Saturday compulsory labor,establishing and perfecting labor law,and strengthening Labor Education for youth Concluding that Lenin’s Labor thought has the basic characteristics of Pertinence,practicality,times and people,which laid the foundation for the development of socialist construction in Russia,and creatively put forward the compulsory labor of the socialist country,it points the way for the cultivation of socialist successors and delves into the contemporary value of Lenin’s labor thought.Lenin’s development of Marxism’s Labor thought enriched Marxist labor theory in theory and provided the theoretical basis for the development of China’s Labor thought,in practice,it provides scientific basis and main reference for the development of productivity,the construction of harmonious Labor Relations,the development of labor education and the construction of good labor atmosphere.
