Research On Information Service Function Optimization Of Community Grid Members Under The Background Of Digital Village

Under the background of digital village construction,rural information communication in China is undergoing great changes with the development of information technology and the change of social governance.Grid governance takes the fast train of information technology development,makes full use of network,information and digital technology,and develops from simple information collection and processing to all elements of innovation.As an important part of grid governance,grid members undertake the important task of information service in grid.Under the background of digital village,it is of great significance to give full play to the information service function of grid members to promote the fine and dynamic governance of rural economy and society.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the function of grid members in grid governance,this paper studies the optimization of information service function of grid members in rural areas in combination with the latest theoretical achievements in the research fields of social governance,such as bureaucracy,media gatekeeping and collaborative governance.This paper takes the grid members of Hongwei community in Suqian City as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey and interview method as the main research method to investigate the current situation of the grid members’ role in information service functions in Hongwei community.It is found that this region has learned from the use of grid management system in urban areas and continued to improve the application ability of grid members’ information means,so as to promote the extension of social governance to the end,To a certain extent,it has improved the socialization,intelligence and refinement of social governance.However,in the process of implementing grid governance,the region mostly refers to the urban model,does not adjust according to local conditions,and does not pay enough attention to the information service function of grid members.There are problems such as grid members’ weak information service ability,lack of information service awareness,low recognition of grid members by villagers,weak awareness of participating in grid governance,low overall information quality,and insufficient support of relevant policies.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to establish and improve the rural information dissemination mechanism,strengthen the information service ability of grid members in the context of digital village,create a good atmosphere for rural information dissemination,and then improve the information service function of grid members and promote the improvement of grid governance level.Finally,in combination with the development of digital village,grid governance and the current situation of the information service function of grid members,and in the direction of optimizing the information service function of grid members,this paper proposes that we must start from the core group of grid members,improve the grid governance platform according to local conditions,continuously strengthen the training of information technology,and strengthen the information service ability of grid members,Improve the relevant assessment and incentive policies,improve their information service ability in the digital village,so as to improve the efficiency of rural economic and social governance,and effectively help rural revitalization.
