Research On The Effectiveness Of Propaganda And Education Work Of G City Federation Of Trade Unions

Trade union propaganda and education work,as an indispensable and important component of trade union work,plays an important role in improving the ideological and moral qualities,professional skills,and political awareness of employees,safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests,and promoting harmonious and stable development within the enterprise.In the propaganda and education work of trade unions,whether the effectiveness is fully reflected has always been a concern.To take the propaganda and education work of trade unions to a new level,it is necessary to effectively enhance its effectiveness.Under the new situation,the propaganda and education work of trade unions is facing new challenges and opportunities.On the one hand,the professionalism of propaganda and education work is constantly improving,and the propaganda and education work of trade unions requires the support of specialized talents.On the other hand,the target audience for promotional services is constantly expanding,such as new employment groups such as ride hailing drivers,takeout delivery personnel,and online anchors.In addition,the methods of propaganda and education are constantly being enriched,and various new media platforms are gradually becoming important positions for trade union propaganda and education.The new situation,new changes,and new tasks will inevitably put forward new and higher requirements for the propaganda and education work of trade unions.This article adopts research methods such as literature analysis and case investigation,taking the G City Federation of Trade Unions as a specific research case,to analyze the basic situation and existing problems of the current propaganda and education work of the G City Federation of Trade Unions.This paper finds that there are some problems in the propaganda and education work of G City Federation of Trade Unions,such as unbalanced distribution of responsibilities and rights,unreasonable selection and allocation of staff,insufficient work practice of "Internet plus",and lack of public cultural function of the Cultural Palace.The reasons for this lie in various aspects such as the lagging organizational model,the lack of news and public opinion tracking mechanisms,and the imperfect selection and employment mechanism.This article combines the new situation and requirements of the current trade union propaganda and education work,proposes suggestions such as deepening the reform of trade union organizations,optimizing the selection and employment system,and innovating the effectiveness of trade union propaganda and education work methods.It is hoped that this will be helpful for optimizing the propaganda and education work of the G City Federation of Trade Unions.
