Practical Research On The United Front Work Of New Rural Sages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In recent years,China has attached great importance to rural revitalization.Carrying out the United Front Work of new rural sages,and supporting new rural sages to participate in rural revitalization is an important work of the United Front to serve the central task.From the perspective of rural revitalization,the new rural sages are an important resource for rural revitalization,and the united front is an important magic weapon for rural revitalization.From the perspective of the new rural sages,the rural revitalization provides a new platform for the new rural sages,and the united front enhances their sense of belonging.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to strengthen and improve the united front work of the new rural sages for promoting rural revitalization.Take Pingyang,Zhejiang as an example,in recent years,Pingyang has clearly defined the new rural sages by formulating standards;explored the resources of new rural sages,and strengthened the friendship;established a mechanism to support the role of new rural sages;strengthened identity by taking care of new rural sages.By these means,Pingyang guiding the new rural sages played a positive role in promoting industry,building ecological and livable environment,building rural civilization,implementing governance effective,and increasing revenue.However,there are still many problems in the United Front Work of new rural sages.Such as incomplete information of new rural sages,unbalanced team structure of new rural sages,and lack of cultivation;the new rural sages organization’s status is not clear,the management of the new rural sages organization is not standardized,and there is lack of support and guarantee;the utilization rate of new rural sages’ virtuous positions is not high,and the influence of publicity is not strong;the carrier of the working platform is insufficient,and the enthusiasm of new rural sages is insufficient.Based on the theory of the united front in the new era,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems,mainly due to the lack of joint efforts of multiple departments,the standardized working system has not been formed,and the traditional working methods cannot adapt to new situations and requirements.Finally,this paper proposes to strengthen the organization and leadership of the United Front Work of new rural sages,clarify the work responsibilities of towns and villages,strengthen the construction of the staff team,promote the formation of the joint force of the United Front Work of new rural sages;establish a system for the construction,participation,service,and incentive of the team of new rural sages,and improve the working mechanism of the United Front Work of new rural sages;use information technology to open up communication channels,strengthen the care new rural sages,make good use of the strength of new rural sages’ organizations,optimize the ways and means of improving the United Front Work of new rural sages.
