Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Township Sages In Helping Rural Revitalization Of Henan

To realize the rural revitalization,it mainly focuses on people,and attracting those talents to return to their hometowns to start up business is the priority among priorities.As a traditional agricultural province,Henan Province has huge problems about the “three rural issues”(Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers)and a large number of impoverished people.Thus,the revitalization work becomes more difficult,and it needs to attract a variety of talents to return home and join in this project.Combined with the urgent needs of high-quality development in Henan and the current situation of Rural Revitalization in Henan,this paper studies the talent support for Rural Revitalization in Henan from the perspective of township sages’ by integrating theory with practice and on the basis of a detailed and comprehensive understanding of township sages’ participation in Rural Revitalization in Kaifeng,Henan.Prohibit the storage and handling of state secrets and their processes This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.The second part is mainly about the historical background of the Township sages,and the concept and connotation characteristics.The third part expounds the current situation of Township sages helping rural revitalization nationwide in the form of cases,which is divided into two levels within the province and outside the province.The fourth part focuses on summarizing the existing problems of Township sages helping Henan rural revitalization.in the process of the author’s research,it is found that there still exist some problems such as poor rural basic environment,imperfect management and supervision system,insufficient public recognition,and many limitations of Township sages themselves in the promotion of Henan rural revitalization.The fifth part is the countermeasures.Combining the conditions of Henan Province and the above-mentioned existing problems,try to give some specific solutions.In the end is the conclusion of this thesis.The innovation points are as follows: The "new" role of Township sages based on the new development step,the "expanding interpretation" of the scope of Township sages,the incorporation of the conditions of Henan Province and the practical experience of Township sages’ participation in rural revitalization in Kaifeng,a major agricultural city in Henan Province,and using the "system thinking” during the research and analysis of Township sages’ assistance to rural revitalization.However,due to my lack of professional ability,and the case samples are not detailed enough,it may not be comprehensive and complete enough in summarizing the existing problems of Township sages’ assistance to rural revitalization and the countermeasures,which have left some regrets in my research.
