Research On The Problems And Optimization Strategies Of Wenzhou Government Live Broadcasting

Under the background of the all-media era,optimizing the live broadcast of government affairs is an important way to promote the innovation of social governance at the grassroots level,as well as an important part of implementing the Party’s 20 National Spirit.As a new means of grassroots social governance,live broadcast of government affairs in Wenzhou plays an important role in improving the service level of grassroots government affairs,promoting the co-governance of grassroots society and optimizing the scientific decision-making of grassroots government.However,there are also some problems,such as the risk of government affairs openness,the challenge of personnel quality matching and the risk of public opinion.Therefore,the study and discussion of live broadcast of government affairs in Wenzhou has become an important topic in the field of public management,and is also conducive to further strengthening and innovating grassroots social governance.This study makes full use of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other social research methods,taking Wenzhou government live broadcasting as the research object,extensively referring to domestic and foreign literatures on government live broadcasting,and combing and discussing the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis of government live broadcasting.The case analysis method is used to elaborate the implementation background of live government affairs in Wenzhou,sort out the three development stages of live government affairs in Wenzhou,summarize the main types of live government affairs in Wenzhou,and carry out questionnaire survey and interview based on the implementation status of live government affairs in Wenzhou.Based on the results of questionnaire interviews and centering on the theory of new public service,this paper analyzes the existing problems of live broadcast of government affairs in Wenzhou City: single live broadcast content,lack of user viscosity,lack of orderly public participation,and challenges to government credibility.The main reasons are lagging service concept,unsound organizational mechanism,poor operation team capacity,and lack of innovation.Finally,by combining the relevant theories of digital governance,the paper puts forward four optimization strategies for live broadcast of government affairs:first,expand the content of live broadcast;The second is to improve the user viscosity;Third,enhance the orderly participation of the public;Fourth,we will improve government credibility.Excavate and summarize the general rules of grassroots government affairs live broadcasting,and provide certain reference for the implementation of government affairs in other similar areas,in order to improve the service level and effect of Wenzhou government affairs live broadcasting.
