| With the constantly expand of the scale of urbanization,the proportion of permanent urban residents has been rising.The development of urbanization has shown unprecedented scale and speed.However,too fast development will inevitably lead to problems.Due to the rapid pace of urbanization,the current urban resident population has far exceeded the number of people that can be supported by the existing resources of the city,and social problems such as population,medical care,pension,education,crime and environmental pollution caused by the rapid increase of urban population frequently appear.In this case,the birth of the concept of smart community is of great significance to solve the problem of urban population management,medical development,pension problems,social education and combating crime.As a new model of community governance,smart community is very practical and revolutionary in promoting fine community governance and improving the level of modern community governance.By reading and researching a large number of literature materials and visiting and investigating,this paper studies Wuhan B smart community under the theoretical guidance of new public service theory and network governance theory.By combing the current situation of B smart community construction in Wuhan,it finds that there are problems such as repeated construction of platform functions,low participation degree of governance subjects and blurred boundaries of grid management.By taking the demonstration smart communities in Jiaxing,Suzhou and Beijing as reference,practical research is carried out on the construction of B smart community in Wuhan.It concludes that Wuhan B smart community needs to improve the supporting facilities of smart community,build smart community and enhance community service function as development countermeasures.As a new first-tier city,Wuhan actively responds to the national call to build smart communities,conforms to the wave of digital innovation,and engages in the construction of smart communities.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research as a sample.As the construction and development of B smart community in Wuhan City has its own uniqueness,there are also common problems in the construction process of other smart communities.Therefore,through in-depth research on its construction and development process and governance status,the general methods and experiences of the construction of B smart community in Wuhan City are summarized,which can provide reference for the construction,application and promotion of smart community in other cities.In particular,it provides effective reference for the construction and governance of intelligent community in large communities.In conclusion,the research results of this paper can provide certain reference value for the construction of other smart communities. |
