Research On The Contradiction Resolution Mechanism Of Land Acquisition And Demolition In The Process Of Urbanization

To build a harmonious society,we must fundamentally solve the internal contradictions in the process of urbanization.Among them,the contradiction of land acquisition and demolition is one of the most important contradictions in the process of urbanization.The main reasons for this contradiction are: the lack and abuse of legislation on land acquisition and demolition;Inadequate publicity of land acquisition and demolition;Excessive pursuit of economic benefits;Ignoring the balance of interests between the two sides of the contradiction;Lagging government management,negative attitude,etc.In order to solve this contradiction,we need to specify some conflict resolution mechanisms in line with the regulations,through which we can well resolve and prevent the emergence of contradictions.This paper analyzes the working cases of land acquisition and demolition in Lianyun District,Lianyungang City,and explores the existing problems,causes and solutions on the mechanism of resolving contradictions and disputes.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly focuses on the background of the research,the purpose,the significance and the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the settlement mechanism of land expropriation and demolition.The second part is the related concepts and basic theories of the contradiction of land expropriation and removal in the process of urbanization,mainly introducing the related concepts of urbanization,land expropriation and removal,contradiction,contradiction of land expropriation and removal,contradiction resolving mechanism,etc.,it also analyzes the necessity of resolving the contradiction of land requisition and demolition in the process of urbanization.The third part is about the current situation of the contradiction resolution mechanism of the land expropriation and removal in the process of urbanization,focusing on the current situation of the land expropriation and removal in Lianyun District,Lianyungang,highlighting the root causes of the contradiction,and fundamentally analyzing the operation and effectiveness of the contradiction resolution mechanism.The fourth part is about the problems and causes of the settlement mechanism of land expropriation and removal in the process of urbanization.Through the exploration of the contradictions in the process of land expropriation and removal in Lianyungang,the author analyzes the problems from various angles,deeply excavate the problems and reasons of the contradiction resolving mechanism of land requisition and demolition.The fifth part is the path to optimize the conflict resolution mechanism of land expropriation and removal.Through a series of theoretical basis and empirical analysis,it puts forward four paths to optimize the conflict resolution mechanism of land expropriation and removal in the process of urbanization,namely popularizes the law education,the information early warning,the people’s livelihood interest,the legal means these four aspects carry on the optimization.The sixth part is the conclusion.
