Study On The Evolutional Law Of Land Expropriation And Demolition Protest Events In The Process Of Urbanization

With the development of urbanization and the increasing demand for land,largescale land expropriation and demolition has been carried out throughout the country.Land expropriation and demolition not only promote the development of urban and rural areas,but also bring about a series of social problems.Among them,the contradiction of interests caused by the expropriation of rural land and compensation for demolition has become increasingly prominent,and the unstable factors of society have increased.In recent years,because of the non-standard land expropriation behavior of the government and the unreasonable high interest demands of the peasants,a large number of "barbaric demolition" and "blood demolition" phenomena have been triggered,which have seriously affected social harmony and political stability,and affected the image and reputation of the government.All over the country,the protest events caused by land expropriation and demolition have been very high,which has aroused the great attention of the Party and the government.The academic circles have also paid extensive attention to this,and carried on a lot of theoretical research.Different from the existing case-based research,this paper uses R language to crawl the whole net exposure of land expropriation and relocation protest events,forming our country undefineds land acquisition and relocation protest case base,using data mining method to carry on the in-depth analysis to the large sample cases.And try to answer such questions: our country a large number of land expropriation and relocation protests have what performance? What are the characteristics? How does the government respond? What is the result model of land expropriation and demolition protest? What factors will affect you? How far is the impact? What are the rules of the occurrence and development of its events? What is the evolutionary logic of the outcome? Wait.Through the standardized processing of the whole web crawling case text,the database is established.On this basis,the general situation of the land expropriation and demolition protest in our country is described and analyzed.It is found that the incidents of land expropriation and demolition protests in China were few before 2008,but began to change sharply after 2009,showing an upward trend as a whole,and the occurrence of land expropriation and demolition protests has an important relationship with the regional economic level,the more economically developed areas,the more evolution rule of the land expropriation and demolition protest event,in writing,mainly from two aspects to investigate,on the one hand to the protest event result influence factor analysis,from which combs out the event result formation evolution mechanism,On the other hand,starting from the influence of events,the key factors leading to the escalation of event influence are excavated,from which the rule of event development and evolution is summed up.In the study of the influencing factors of the outcome of the protest event,through reading the relevant literature,from the angle of the interaction between the protest claim and the government,the results of the land expropriation and removal struggle are divided into five modes: comprehensive response,administrative acceptance,interest adjustment,spillover effect,and so on.Did not enter the government process.Based on the theory of relative deprivation and resentment,the theory of rational choice,the theory of resource mobilization,and the theory of political opportunity structure,the author makes a thorough analysis of the influencing factors of the event result by using disordered multi-classification regression analysis.Nine explanatory variables were examined.Through the regression analysis,it is found that the participation of public intellectuals,the level of organization,the degree of violence,the protest appeal,the government response,the occurrence area of the incident,and the use of the media have a significant impact on the outcome of the incident.Specifically,with the participation of public intellectuals,the higher the level of organization of the incident,the stronger the degree of violence,based on the value appeal,the more actively coordinated the governmentundefineds response,and the more the incident occurred in the eastern region.Proactive media use events are easier to enter the government process.Because these variables are derived from the theories of social movement such as resource mobilization,political opportunity structure and so on,it can be further explained that the western social movement theory has strong explanatory power in analyzing the results of land expropriation and eviction protests.In addition,it is also found that participation in the media level,the involvement of higher-level government,the first exposure to the media,the number of protest mobilization strategies,and the legitimacy of land requisition and removal behavior also have a significant impact on the results.The formation mechanism of event results is summarized,mainly including the event attributes from the perspective of emotion and rationality,the political opportunity from the perspective of opportunity structure,and the external guarantee from the perspective of resource mobilization.In the study of the influence of land expropriation and demolition protests,based on the theory of crisis life cycle,this paper combs the determinants of the influence of protest events in different stages,mainly including loss of interests,threats to life security,and disclosure of information.Interest response channels,behaviors of government and other objects of protest,farmersundefined action strategies,level of event organization,government response,interpersonal communication,network communication,media attention,etc.,and the level of influence of events as output variables.The decision tree algorithm is used to explore the evolution rules of event influence.The results show that interpersonal communication,loss of interests,threat to life security,organizational level,farmersundefined action strategy,government response,network communication,and channels to reflect the problems are all key factors for the escalation of the influence of the event.After comparing and summarizing these rules,this paper sums up the development and evolution rules of land demolition protest events: the loss of interest and the channel of interest expression are the beginning of the incident,and the fierce protest action of peasants is the starting point of the incident,and it is the starting point of the incident that the interest is damaged and the channel of expression of interest is not smooth.The improper way of dealing with the government is the catalyst for the further deterioration of the incident,while interpersonal communication and network communication are the fermentation points of the escalating situation.Finally,under the active coordination of the government or the intervention of the higher government,the incident gradually subsides.In order to further maintain social stability and ensure the interests of peasants and masses,on the basis of the analysis of the law of event evolution,several suggestions are put forward: first,strengthen the system design,perfect the legal system of land expropriation and demolition;The second is to change the idea of administration and improve the ability of the government to govern the society,the third is to strengthen the education of rule of law and change the concept of farmersundefined rights protection,the fourth is to strengthen the media,network management and create a good space for public opinion.
