Urbanization is an inevitable trend of current social development.With the rapid aUrbanization is an inevitable trend of current social development.With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the demand for land in urban areas has increased,and a large number of land acquisition and demolition have resulted in a large number of landless farmers.In the process of compensation and resettlement for land acquisition and demolition,due to different interests,the conflicts of demolition and relocation are frequent,and the object of land acquisition and demolition is a weak party in the compensation and resettlement for land acquisition and demolition,and the interests are damaged.Therefore,it is particularly important to properly handle the compensation and resettlement of land acquisition and demolition,coordinate the interests of all parties,and effectively improve the welfare level of the targets of the demolition,and to maintain local social stability and promote economic development.On the basis of reviewing the status quo,and the compensation standards and methods of land requisition in Shangli County,Pingxiang,Jiangxi,issues of overly low compensation standards,unscientific methods and procedures,and insufficient support in the process of land requisition,as well as the drop in welfare of requisition subjects and difficulties in carrying out requisition are analyzed in detail.Questionnaires are used to find out welfare levels of subjects,before relying on fuzzy evaluations to carry out quantitative examination before and after land requisition,the conclusions of which,in combination of the status quo of Shangli County,is used to present the following suggestions on addressing issues arising from land requisition in the area:(1)proper compensation standards shall be devised to boost monetary benefits to the subjects;(2)scientific support systems shall be set up to enhance the performance of social safety net;(3)human resources shall be boosted to increase financial income;(4)and mechanisms of psychologicalcounseling shall be established for peasants subject to land requisition;(5)further promote room ticket's compensation and resettlement policy.
