Influencing Factors,Critical Paths And Multiple Values Of Emergency Archives Resource Library Construction From The Perspective Of Social Memory

The construction of social memory is to use human common memory to carry out a series of social activities so that social memory can be recognized by the public.As an important carrier of social memory,archives participate in the construction and inheritance of social memory.Emergency archives are the original records and primary data of emergency management activities,and are an important part of the national archives resource system.Emergency archives resources are the basis for archives departments to carry out emergency services in major public emergencies.The construction of emergency archives resource library will help to carry out emergency management and decision-making efficiently and scientifically,effectively make up for the shortage of decision-making services of current archives departments,and at the same time help to construct a complete and true social memory,which has multiple social values.In today’s society,emergency events happen from time to time,thus forming all kinds of emergency archives.Constructing emergency archives resource base and integrating emergency archives resources is of great significance for emergency management decision-making and social memory construction.What factors affect the quality of the construction of emergency archive resource bank,what paths can improve the level of the construction of resource bank,and what multi-value of the construction of resource bank are rarely mentioned in previous studies,and are also the key issues to promote the construction of emergency archive resource bank.Therefore,from the perspective of social memory,the analysis and interpretation of the influencing factors,key paths and multiple values of the construction of emergency archives resource bank is the theoretical guidance for improving the construction level and value recognition of emergency archives resource bank,as well as the practical need for the construction of emergency archives social memory.In this paper,the construction of emergency archives resource bank is innovatively incorporated into the general environment of social memory construction,combined with basic theories such as social memory theory and archival memory view,and studied the construction of emergency archives resource bank from the perspective of social memory by using grounded theory,qualitative comparative analysis of QCA and case study methods.Three problems of influencing factors,critical path and multiple value of resource pool construction are explored.The research results are helpful to guide the actual construction work of emergency archives resource bank,help related construction subjects to improve the level and efficiency of resource bank construction,and assist the smooth construction of social memory of emergency archives.This paper extends the concepts and methods related to social memory and emergency archives resource database research,broadens the related research field,and provides a new idea for the research of emergency archives resource database construction from the perspective of social memory.The specific research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1.Research on influencing factors of emergency archive resource bank construction from the perspective of social memory.Based on the bottom-up rooted theoretical analysis of the original data,the influencing factors of the construction of emergency archive resource bank include subject,system standard,technical platform,resource,user,environment and feedback.Based on this,the influencing factor framework of the construction of emergency archive resource bank from the perspective of social memory is constructed,and suggestions are put forward for the construction of emergency archive resource bank.2.Research on the critical path of emergency archive resource library construction from the perspective of social memory.By using cs QCA method,the influencing factors obtained from the rooted analysis were taken as condition variables for configuration analysis,so as to obtain the key path of the construction of the resource database,namely,the diversified construction subject,the perfect system standard,the advanced technology platform,the comprehensive construction of resources,the convenient utilization of services and the safe environment,so as to provide the path reference and enlightenment for the actual construction of the emergency archive resource database.3.Research on the multi-value of emergency archives resource library construction from the perspective of social memory.By using the case study method,this paper makes a historical comparative analysis of the construction of COVID-19 archives resource bank at home and abroad,and combines the theories of social memory theory and archival memory theory to analyze the multi-value of the construction practice of emergency archives resource bank.It is concluded that the construction of emergency archives resource bank has the multi-value of memory construction,social cognition,emotional expression and promoting harmony.It provides experience reference and value extension for the construction of emergency archives resource library.
