The Influence Factors And Path Study Of The Social Integration Of The Old People In The City

With the increasing aging of our country,the demand for pension services in China is increasing,the social endowment pressure is increasing,and the elderly people are paying more attention to the old age,but there are also some special elderly people in the elderly who have not received much attention in their later years.In the context of the government’s aggressive response to the aging,the equalization of national welfare,the social security sharing,it is necessary and meaningful to explore the impact factors and the path of the social integration of the elderly.Based on the current situation of the old people,this paper takes xi’an as a research sample,and makes an in-depth analysis of the influence factors and the realization path of the social integration of the old people in the transition from the perspective of quantitative research methods.First of all,this paper summarizes the research ideas of the research on the concept,origin and urban integration of the old people,and elaborates the theoretical analysis framework from the four dimensions of economy,society,culture and identity.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the urban integration of the elderly in xi’an city,it is found that most of them are not ideal in moving into the city.In terms of identity,most of them consider themselves to be outsiders.Thirdly,based on the sampling survey questionnaire in xi ’an,the empirical analysis of the factors influencing the integration of the old and the elderly is carried out,from the five dimensions of individual,economic adaptation,social interaction,cultural acceptance and identity identity,and the analysis model is constructed,and the software of SPSS19.0 is used to perform the operation verification.The empirical results show that the age and health status factors in the individual,the convenience factors of medical expenses in the economic adaption,the participation of community activities in social interaction and the willingness of the resettlement in the identity of the old people have significant influence on the social integration of the elderly.Finally,based on the field investigation and the empirical analysis,this paper constructs the social integration system of the old people in the city,and puts forward some concrete suggestions on the realization of the path from the aspects of the government leading role,the role of social support,the role of family support,and the role of individual subjective initiative.
