| The press undertaking of the Provisional Central Government of the Republic of China is a brand new one established under the leadership of the people’s power and belonging to the masses.Taking copper as a mirror can correct one’s dress,and taking history as a mirror can know one’s prosperity.Through the investigation of the news system of the Provisional central government of the Chinese Soviet Republic,we can not only find the theoretical source of rationality for the socialist news communication system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also provide certain reference for the reform of the news system that China has been facing.Therefore,from the standpoint of the Central Soviet Area,this paper takes the news system of the Provisional government of the Chinese Soviet Government as the research direction,attempts to make an in-depth discussion on the news system established by the Communist Party and the Soviet government in the Central Soviet Area during the period of the Provisional Central government,clarify its development context and structure,and further elaborate its position and historical experience in the history of Chinese news.Firstly,the background of the establishment of the news system of the provisional central government of the Chinese Soviet is analyzed.The establishment of the press system of the provisional central government of the Chinese Soviet was carried out in the special historical context of the upsurge of the international Soviet movement and the domestic revolutionary war.As far as the international situation is concerned,the Comintern promoted the establishment of the press system of the provisional central government both in the political attribute of the press undertaking of the Chinese Soviet government and in its journalism practice.As far as the domestic situation is concerned,the early rise of the press in the Central Soviet Area became the endogenous tradition of the Chinese Soviet government in establishing the news system.In addition,the early Communist Party members’ newspaper experience,news thoughts and stable political regime are the historical premise for the establishment of the Chinese Soviet government news system.Secondly,around the definition of the news system,from the nature of the news enterprise ownership,news leadership system,news editing system,publishing and distribution system,operation and management system of the Chinese Soviet government’s news system structure is comprehensively sorted out.Then,in order to better grasp the theoretical basis of the establishment of the Chinese Soviet government news system,the fourth part of this paper traces the influence of the Soviet Union news system theory and the practice of news system on the Chinese Soviet government news system.The Soviet proletarian press freedom,the party’s press system thought of controlling the media,the establishment of the Central Committee,the implementation of the editorial committee system and the correspondent system all influenced the establishment of the press system of the Chinese Suvi government to a certain extent.Finally,this paper analyzes and summarizes the historical status and reference significance of the Chinese Soviet government news system. |
