It is an inevitable requirement in the development process of Marxist political parties to constantly reflect on and innovate themselves.The Chinese Communist Party has achieved remarkable development in one hundred years of history,and its strength comes from "self-revolution".During the period of the central Soviet area,the Communist Party of China(CPC)made pioneering attempts to be in power locally,which laid a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience for the Party to be in power throughout the country after the founding of new China,and also wrote a glorious history of self-revolution.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,after inheriting the essence of Marxism,the Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong made unremitting exploration of the theory and practice of the party’s "self-revolution",and deduced and innovated the party’s "self-revolution" in the situation of China.During this period,the national crisis was unprecedentedly serious,the shadow of the great revolution failed still existed,and the misdirection of the Comintern caused the Communist Party of China to face numerous crises.In its infancy,the Communist Party of China was still in the stage of insufficient theoretical preparation,imperfect leadership mechanism and unperfected troop construction.If it wanted to provoke the "main beam" of Soviet regime construction,it had to grow up quickly and prevent and eliminate the "defects" in its own development.Based on a deep examination of the internal and external environment,the CPC has carried out a self-revolution in terms of ideology,style of work,system and organizational construction,and has made some achievements.For example,by raising the theoretical level of Party members,carrying out ideological struggle,carrying out criticism and self-criticism and other ways to maintain the advanced and pure thought within the Party;By advocating practical research,cracking down on the party’s behavior of being divorced from the masses and indulging in extravagance and escapism,he wrote a good story of "the good style of Soviet cadres".Using the yardstick of system,the mirror of supervision and the weapon of discipline enforcement,the inner-party institutional revolution was carried out.Through the rectification movement,the unqualified party members have been eliminated and the combat effectiveness of grass-roots organizations has been enhanced.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,the Party first tried its best in the field of "self-revolution",forged a strong political party leading the agrarian revolution forward continuously,and left valuable historical experience,such as adhering to the guidance of Marxism,always standing firm on the people’s stand,continuously promoting the work style construction and coordinating the "two great revolutions".However,due to multiple reasons such as lack of experience,the party’s self-revolution in the central Soviet area also inevitably deviated,such as the serious "left" leaning ideology,the expansion of the elimination of counter-insurgency,etc.Based on the century-old interchange period of the party,we should not focus on the deviation,and ignore the historical mainstream that the party promoted the great social revolution with self-revolution and initiated the national red political power in this period.On the contrary,we should reflect on the deviations: in the process of self-revolution,the party should insist on promoting the great project of party building independently,adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,and persist in dealing with inner-party contradictions with correct methods.Looking back on its century-old history,the CPC has always been able to move forward amid contradictions and twists and turns,and constantly rectified,introspected and repaired its mistakes.Summing up the historical experience and lessons of the CPC’s self-revolution in the period of the Central Soviet Area and elucidating its realistic enlightenment can not only deepen and expand the study of the Party’s construction in the period of the Central Soviet Area,but also have valuable reference significance for promoting the Party’s self-revolution in the new era.
