Occupational burnout is an important issue in the current education field,especially for high school teachers who face enormous work pressure and responsibility,and are prone to the phenomenon of occupational burnout.This paper aims to provide some reference for solving the problem of high school teacher burnout by studying the current situation,specific manifestations,causes,and governance policies of high school teacher burnout.In a practical sense,the rapid development of society has increasingly high requirements for the quality of education.The professional pressure on teachers is increasing,and job burnout is deepening.Alleviating teacher job burnout can effectively maintain the stability of the teaching staff and promote the development of national education;In a theoretical sense,providing theoretical guidance on management policies related to occupational burnout of public high school teachers is a meaningful attempt from a theoretical perspective.Taking public high school teachers in economically developed regions as a specific research object,it can provide supplementary content in specific fields for related research.Firstly,literature research,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis were used to analyze the collected questionnaire data using SPSS software.Referring to the teacher burnout rating standards,the current situation of XX high school teachers’ burnout in Shenzhen was analyzed,and the conclusion was drawn that XX high school teachers’ burnout is not particularly severe,but emotional exhaustion is relatively severe;Secondly,based on the above conclusions,a specific analysis was conducted on the causes of occupational burnout among XX high school teachers in Shenzhen;Finally,based on the analysis of the causes,targeted governance measures were proposed for the occupational burnout of public high school teachers.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the issue of occupational burnout among public high school teachers and proposes feasible solutions.I hope to provide some reference and reference for high school teachers and related researchers,and make active explorations and efforts to solve the problem of teacher burnout together.
