Investigation On The Current Situation Of Out-of-school Trusteeship Of Primary School Students In China And Its Countermeasures

With the rapid development of today’s society,the universal existence of dual-career families,primary school students outside the school care service began to exist in a large number of cities throughout the country.As it is still in the initial stage of development,these off-campus care services still have many problems,such as teachers,environment and supervision,which need to be concerned by all sectors of society.How to realize the healthy development of the off-campus trusteeship has also become an important issue of great concern to the people with insight.Academia is also widely concerned about this,related research results are numerous.On the basis of sorting out the existing research results,this paper analyzes and comments on the types and basic properties of off-campus trusteeship service in China,using the method of Investigation and research,taking Jinan,Shandong Province as an example,teachers,students and parents of primary school after-school care institutions in Jinan were randomly selected to conduct questionnaires and interviews,and the results were collated and analyzed,it is found that there are some problems such as the poor hardware facilities,the shortage of teachers,the backward education and teaching ideas,and the single teaching management method.This research is based on the system theory,the education public service theory and the synergetic governance theory,this paper puts forward four feasible suggestions on primary school students’ Out-of-school Care: one is to strengthen the construction of the Care Organization itself and improve the service quality;Third,the establishment of schools,families,society and the trusteeship agencies to participate in a comprehensive model of off-school Trusteeship Education;fourth,to enhance parental supervision and so on.
