The elderly group has experienced a leap from the traditional media era to the new media era, from television, radio and newspapers to computers and mobile phones now.In recent years, with the increasing number of Internet users, the proportion of elderly people is also increasing, and they gradually adapt to digital life actively or passively. No matter what kind of media age,the phenomenon of fraud is repeated, and it uses various information channels to commit fraud to the elderly.Every year, there are countless cases of money loss and even family destruction due to various scams. In the past three years, the country has vigorously promoted anti-fraud propaganda, but it has not completely eliminated the phenomenon that the elderly groups are cheated.More importantly,it is necessary to study the use of media by the elderly and its influence on their anti-fraud awareness and anti-fraud behavior from the perspective of their own anti-fraud awareness and anti-fraud behavior. In this paper, the formation of anti-fraud awareness and anti-fraud behavior by the media use of the elderly group is taken as the research content, and five sets of hypotheses are put forward by quantitative research methods, taking the behavior attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control factors in the planned behavior theory as intermediary variables,to analyze the media use and attitude of the elderly group to anti-fraud information, and to explore the influence on the formation of their own anti-fraud awareness and anti-fraud behavior.408 valid questionnaire data were obtained by questionnaire survey, and SPSS was used for reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis and intermediary effect analysis, and a preliminary conclusion was drawn. The research can draw the following conclusions: watching TV and watching short videos will significantly and positively affect their anti-fraud consciousness and behavior;Listening to the radio and using We Chat will not significantly affect their anti-fraud awareness and behavior;Media use will significantly positively affect behavior and attitude;Media use will significantly positively affect subjective norms;Media use will significantly positively affect perceptual behavior control. It is also verified that behavior attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control are the intermediate variables. At the same time, the study found that urban anti-fraud awareness is generally higher than that of county towns and rural areas; The forms of urban fraud are generally more than those of county towns and rural areas. In terms of media use,the traditional media use of the elderly group is mainly concentrated on TV,and the use of radio is getting less and less, and it is hardly used; The new media mainly focuses on using We Chat to socialize and watch short videos for leisure and entertainment. To sum up,this paper believes that national policies and the support of communication operators, strengthening the management of information dissemination platforms and increasing the companionship of children are effective measures to enhance the anti-fraud awareness and anti-fraud behavior of the elderly. |
