A Study On The Mechanism Of The Impact Of Police Proactive Personality On Anti-fraud Propaganda Innovation Behavior

In the era of "nationwide anti-fraud",the propaganda and prevention of telecom and online fraud crime is one of the important tasks of the public security organs in the new era.How to encourage the police to bring forth new ideas in anti-fraud propaganda and improve the efficiency of anti-fraud propaganda has become an important issue for the public security organs across the country.Due to the dual nature of the police’s work tasks,the lack of experience in anti-fraud propaganda work in the information age and the lack of assessment and incentives,the initiative of the police has become the key factor affecting the propaganda innovation.In addition,innovation behavior is affected by both personal factors and situational factors.The leadership style of superior leaders has an undeniable impact on the police’s initiative and innovation behavior.Therefore,clarifying the role path and boundary conditions of proactive personality in anti-fraud propaganda and innovation is of great significance to the public security work in the new era.Based on trait activation theory and self determination theory,this study introducing basic psychological needs and thriving at work as mediator,transformational leadership and transactional leadership as moderator variables,constructs a theoretical model of the influence of proactive personality on anti-fraud propaganda innovation behavior,deeply exploring the individual psychological mechanism of the influence of proactive personality on police propaganda innovation behavior,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between transactional leadership,transformational leadership and proactive personality,finally revealing the action path and boundary conditions of proactive personality on anti-fraud propaganda and innovation behavior.This study takes the police of the public security organs as the research object,obtains1452 samples through the questionnaire,and uses the methods of hierarchical regression analysis,Bootstrap intermediary effect test and stepwise regression analysis to carry out data analysis and hypothesis verification.The results show that:(1)proactive personality positively affects the innovative behavior of anti-fraud propaganda of the police;(2)basic psychological needs and thriving at work play a partial intermediary role between proactive personality and anti-fraud propaganda innovation behavior respectively.At the same time,basic psychological needs can positively affect thriving at work,and both have a chain intermediary role between proactive personality and anti-fraud propaganda innovation behavior;(3)there is an interaction between transactional leadership and proactive personality on the impact of anti-fraud propaganda innovation behavior,which is shown as transactional leadership can directly strengthen the positive impact of proactive personality on anti-fraud propaganda innovation behavior;(4)There is an interaction between transactional leadership and proactive personality on the impact of thriving at work,which is manifested in the weakening impact of transactional leadership on the positive impact of proactive personality on thriving at work.The research conclusions of this study have the following implications for the public security organs to carry out the anti-fraud propaganda innovation work:(1)the public security organs give full play to the positive role of transactional leadership style and avoid its negative effects by means of spiritual encouragement,independent management,and setting win-win goals;(2)the public security organs attach importance to the exploration and cultivation of proactive personality talents,and improve the degree of person-post matching through personality testing,job transfer,special recruitment,etc;(3)the public security organs should create a good innovation atmosphere and create a platform for knowledge sharing and learning,ensuring the satisfaction of the basic psychological needs of the police and the promotion of thriving at work by carrying out cross-regional cooperation and exchange,learning and training,etc.
