Research On Grid Management Of Urban Community In Hedong District Of Tianjin

Community is the most basic unit of social governance in China,it concentrates on reflecting all kinds of demands and contradictions of the people in daily life.The professionalism and pertinence of community management are related to the vital interests of community residents and the public image of the Party in the minds of the people.Therefore,many cities improve the level of community management by means of community grid management.Through a series of investigations and studies,it is found that Hedong District of Tianjin has constantly improved and enriched the work content of community management according to regional cultural characteristics and economic development level and other factors.A series of means and measures of community grid management have been summarized and sorted out,but there are still many areas to be optimized.First of all,the author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,learned the advanced theory and experience of community grid management,introduced the current situation of community grid management in Hedong District through the form of questionnaire survey of community residents and interviews with grid members,analyzed the existing problems in grid management and their causes.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the practice and experience of community grid management in Dongcheng District of Beijing,and provides suggestions for the trend of urban community governance.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: building and improving community grid structure,strengthening community grid member team construction,improving community grid management system,and building diversified participation mechanism.Through the summary and analysis of this paper can provide some reference for the innovation and development of community grid management in Hedong District.This paper adopts literature research method,comparative research method and field investigation method.These research methods can not only effectively collect objective data and current situation,but also carry out comparative analysis based on the actual situation,and carry out all-round research to support the thesis of this research.In the study,the article is different from the previous scholars and experts to study and analysis from the perspective of management,the author as community workers and residents,combined with work experience and life experience,analysis of Hedong District community grids management status,for example,summing up the problems of grid management work,study to strengthen the management of the grid of Hedong District community countermeasures,a set of relatively perfect urban community grid management method has been formed,which can improve relevant theories and improve public service level to a certain extent.
