Communities in various streets in the city are organizations where the party and government provide grass-roots services to the people,and are the basic units of urban administration and community governance.As China ’s urbanization process continues to rise,the types of community residents ’needs are also changing,and the number of service items that need to be provided is increasing.However,community staff have not received professional training,so the quality of services provided Not high,single level.Moreover,the strength of the community is very weak,and it is unable to provide timely response to the needs of residents.Over time,the community and residents have produced many contradictions,which has also put how to help the transformation of community work on the government’s work agenda.In order to break through the various constraints of community governance,more developed cities in China promote new types of community reforms,and combined with their own actual conditions,they have made a lot of attempts and explorations in upgrading the community service model.The community grid administration model has begun to emerge.Out of his advantages,and received praise from the community.Due to the unique administration mode and strong adaptability of the community grid administration mode,it has been used by many cities for reference.As a new type of community administration model,the grid model gradually shows its own advantages and makes up for the deficiencies in traditional community work.However,we still need to pay attention.Although there are many successful examples in the grid governance model,there are still many places that need to be improved in the related design system and practice.Nowadays,China’s economic level continues to improve,and the people’s The standard of living is much different than before,so the requirements and standards for community administration have also been greatly improved,so it is urgent to optimize the grid community social governance of urban communities.This article mainly uses the relevant knowledge and theories of public administration to provide theoretical support for the writing of this thesis.At the same time,in specific research methods,using literature research case studies and other methods,and with the author’s research object in County D of Jiangsu Province,through his own theoretical knowledge,the development status of the grid-based communityadministration model of subsidence communities Analyze,summarize the main methods and methods of the research object,and bring about various effects,and point out the problems.Then,according to the types of problems,improvement suggestions and measures are put forward.From the actual situation,the main problems in the county’s community grid administration are as follows.Including the full-time and part-time grid staffing is not in place,the grid staff has a lot of affairs,low pay,low work enthusiasm,and style;insufficient funding guarantee and related mechanisms are not complete;the completion of the relevant indicators of the grid standard compliance rate is far from the higher level The grid division needs to be optimized,the quality of the grid staff team is not high as a whole,the connection process needs to be further improved,the level of cooperation of residents is low,and the overall service capability and the construction of the network platform need to be strengthened.The main causes of these problems are the disadvantages of administrative retention in the community,lack of proper participation in social administration,inability to use new technologies,and insufficient funds.Based on the analysis of the reasons,specific methods and ways to improve the grid model of the urban community in County D are proposed according to various issues,such as de-administration,improving the community administration mechanism,promoting the construction of community information platforms,and strengthening administration.The quality of personnel and improvement of the whole grid work.It is also hoped that this article can provide a reference for County D to improve the level of governance capacity in the next step,and to provide reference for other similar situations in the future to serve the public.
