Research On The Organization Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Since Reform And Opening Up

China is a large agricultural country.Rural reform,development and stability have always been the fundamental issues related to the two "Centennial" goals of the party.The key to doing rural work well lies in the organizational construction of rural grass-roots party.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the organizational construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.Under the guidance of Marxist Party construction theory,the leading collectives of previous parties have fully combined the tasks of the party in each historical stage,accurately grasped the implementation of the party’s policies at the rural grass-roots level in each stage,and formed rich theories on the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations on the basis of practice,This is the valuable experience and action guide for the organizational construction of rural grass-roots party in the new era.Based on the systematic investigation of the organizational construction process of rural grass-roots party since the reform and opening up,this paper extracts the development experience,and puts forward new suggestions for the organizational construction of rural grass-roots party in the new era.Firstly,it focuses on the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of rural grass-roots party organization construction from a macro perspective,introduces the connotation of rural grass-roots party organization construction in detail,and finds out its role orientation through serving farmers,maintaining rural stability and strengthening Party Construction in the new era.This paper discusses the valuable thoughts and related discussions of Marxist classic writers and the leading cores of the previous Communist Party of China on the organizational construction of rural grass-roots party,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the path analysis of the following text.Secondly,from the three historical stages of preliminary exploration,rapid development and innovative development,this paper carefully combs the development process of rural grass-roots party organization construction since the reform and opening up,summarizes five basic experiences and deeply grasps the objective laws.Finally,through the practical investigation of the organization construction of rural grass-roots party in the new era,this paper objectively analyzes the achievements made in the service,system and team construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era,rationally discusses four problems: the weakness and laxity of rural grass-roots party organizations,the imperfect working mechanism,the slight imbalance of cadres and the relative lag of inner-party democracy,and summarizes the causes of their formation.On this basis,adhering to the problem orientation and drawing lessons from historical experience,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the organization construction of rural grass-roots party in the new era,and builds a strong rural grass-roots party organization in the new era by focusing on improving the organization,combat effectiveness and execution.
