Research On Enhancing The Capacity Building Of Community Social Organizations In Social Work Participation

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed that "as an important construction force for socialist modernization,social organizations should accelerate their participation in the modernization of social governance and improve the overall governance capacity of the city." Community is the smallest unit of social governance and an important manifestation of the grass-roots level in the new pattern of social governance.Community social organizations are one of the indispensable multiple subjects in community governance,and their development directly affects the effectiveness of community governance.The significance of building and improving the comprehensive capacity of community social organizations lies in making their service capabilities from weak to strong.The service concepts and working methods of the social work profession can be aligned with the process of building and improving the capacity of community social organizations,and have natural professional advantages in participating in the work process.This article takes D Street in Zhengzhou City as an example,and takes community social organizations within the communities under its jurisdiction as the research object.Starting from the perspective of empowerment and empowerment theory,qualitative research methods are used to collect first-hand data through participatory observation and semi structured interviews.The main content of social work participation in community social organization capacity building is to enhance the comprehensive ability of organization leaders,enhance the service ability of organization members,improve the ability of organization to link resources,and strengthen internal cohesion of the organization.And summarizes the effectiveness of social work participation in improving the capacity of community social organizations,such as improving the comprehensive ability of community social organization leaders,enriching the ability to link resources,improving the service ability of organization members,and enhancing the cohesion ability within the organization.Then,it discusses the problems and causes of social work in the process of participating in the capacity building and improvement of community social organizations,such as insufficient publicity of social work leading to low recognition of members of community social organizations,and excessive administration and multi-level management of multiple subjects leading to limited independence and autonomy of social workers.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to address these existing issues,such as increasing the publicity of social work,enhancing the collaborative relationship between various subjects of community governance,and improving the professional ability of social workers.The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of improving the ability of social work to participate in the construction of community social organizations,so that the professional fit ability of social work can promote the long-term development of community social organizations in the future,so that they can fully play the role of one of the main bodies of community social organizations in community governance.At the same time,it is also expected to provide some reference for relevant research on social work participation in community social organization capacity building and improvement.
