Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Social Support Network System For Students’ Hard Work In Colleges And Universities

Based on the background of the implementation of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan and the successful popularization of higher education,it is necessary to investigate the internal system of work-study in colleges and universities,explore the operation strategy of students’ work-study activities,and explore the management mode of work-study with reasonable structure and complete functions.Work-study is not only a kind of funding activity,but also an effective social responsibility,which provides a new and effective quality education model for colleges and universities,a sustainable development opportunity for college students,and a certain amount of financial support for them.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the problems related to student attendance in colleges and universities in the social support perspective,define the concepts related to student attendance,and take the perspective of social support subject function as the starting point.After a systematic investigation and research,we collected a large amount of information from 8 undergraduate students and 2 attendance managers in University B,and through questionnaires and interviews,we finally came up with effective The research results include 200 student questionnaires,8 students as well as 2 teachers’ interviews.The questionnaires were analyzed using statistical methods such as spss software and independent sample test,and the interviews were analyzed using qualitative analysis to study the interconnections among various levels and to summarize the current situation of the existing work-study model.By summarizing and sorting out the current situation of work-study,the development history of work-study and the basic characteristics of students are summarized.The qualitative research on the issue of work-study for college students is conducted by means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview analysis.Firstly,we investigate the current situation of the types,contents,quantity,working hours,income and rights and interests of students’ work-study positions in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview data,the study concluded that there are different degrees of problems in the current work-study support subjects.The national policy system needs to be refined,the school attendance support management is not perfect,and the positive social guidance is insufficient.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from three dimensions: instrumental support,emotional support,and the effectiveness of personal use of social support.From the perspective of the main body,it proposes to build a social support network system for work-study with colleges and universities as the main body and to explore the management mode of work-study in colleges and universities with multi-sectoral coordination and common governance.
