College Ideological And Political Work And Students’ Party Building Work Research On The Cooperative Work

Higher work in the new era shoulders the important tasks of consolidating the guiding position of Marxism and developing socialist ideology.The CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the development and construction of ideological and political work and party building work in colleges and universities.It is proposed that colleges and universities need to comprehensively adhere to all the guidance of the Party to the work of colleges and universities,attach importance to the foundation of party building,give full play to ideological and political effectiveness,adhere to ideological guidance,and strive to achieve the core goal of talent training in the new era.Ideological and political work in colleges and universities and college students ’ party construction play a powerful workal function,which is irreplaceable for talent training.From the perspective of the synergy theory in the new era,based on the fundamental task of “ building morality and educating people,” we should promote the operation of the “ three-pronged work ” mechanism in the new era,grasp the connection between ideological and political work in colleges and universities and college students ’ party construction work,identify the differences,continuously strengthen the synergy work between the two,improve the management level of party construction in colleges and universities in the new era,and promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.In the process of using research methods such as literature research,functional analysis and experience summary,it is not difficult to find that there are inseparable links between the two,but they are faced with difficulties and challenges in many aspects such as the imperfect university system and the influence of traditional work.In the new era,it is relatively difficult for the two to achieve collaborative work.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore new ways to promote the collaborative work of ideological and political work and college students ’party building work.According to the close relationship between the two and the relevant theoretical exploration,we can speed up the effectiveness of the collaborative work of the two from the aspects of guiding theory,working concept,teaching staff,work subject and media platform,it can not only give full play to their respective workal advantages in the field of colleges and universities,but also work together to achieve the workal effect of ’ 1 + 1 > 2 ’,promote the development of the new mode of ’ collaborative work ’ in colleges and universities,and make greater contributions to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
