Research On The Loss Of Grassroots Civil Servants In China

This thesis takes the construction of grassroots civil servant team as the research object and aims to study the problem of civil servant turnover at the grassroots level under the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity.Firstly,taking Jingxing County as an example,the thesis analyzed the current situation and related impacts of civil servant turnover through the summary of sample data and case interviews.Based on the research results,the thesis identified three major reasons for the turnover of civil servants at the grassroots level from individual,organizational,and social perspectives,providing important references for subsequent research.In the second research section,this thesis provided solutions to the three reasons for civil servant turnover at the grassroots level from individual,organizational,and social perspectives.For the individual aspect,the thesis explored issues such as career planning,values,and mental health,and proposed suggestions for intervention in these areas.For the organizational aspect,the thesis mainly addressed problems such as basic salary,promotion,and selection and training mechanism and proposed appropriate solutions.For the social aspect,the thesis discussed issues such as civil servant supervision mechanism,improvement of grassroots environment,and creating a good social public opinion environment to enhance the social value of grassroots civil servants,and put forward important recommendations.In the third research section,the thesis reviewed the previous research and pointed out the contribution of this study to the construction of grassroots civil servant team.This thesis provides important research references and ideas for the construction of grassroots civil servant team and plays an important role in promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity at the grassroots level.Meanwhile,this thesis also provides further and wider research space for subsequent studies,which provide feasibility plans for academic research and practical application in related fields,with high practical value and promotion significance.
