Located on the roof of the world,Tibet Autonomous Region is the highest "province" in elevation.Affected by natural factors,it suffers from extreme cold and anoxia and a harsh environment.However,civil servants in Tibet have made important contributions to the development of the border areas of the motherland with their indomitable will,the revolutionary will to accept challenges,the courage to fear hardships,the pursuit of excellence,and the courage to face difficulties.The CPC Central Committee and the government attach great importance to the pay and treatment of civil servants in Tibet,adopt a series of special policies to care for civil servants in Tibet,and train civil servants who are useful and can be retained.It is self-evident that,in a harsh natural environment,salary satisfaction is the key factor to determine whether civil servants can stick to work.The satisfaction degree of civil servants with their own salary will directly affect their work attitude and efficiency,and then affect the level of government administrative efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the influence of salary satisfaction of civil servants in this region on job involvement.At the same time,compared with the mainland,the development of Tibet is far behind,the pace of life is slow,and the administrative efficiency needs to be improved.Therefore,in the relatively undisciplined cultural environment,it is particularly important for those who are willing to sacrifice for the construction of Tibet.Therefore,the study on the relationship between the organizational identity of civil servants can also find out the answer to further improve the input of civil servants.This paper took Lhasa municipal civil servants as the main research object.Based on efficiency wage theory,equity theory,job-individual matching theory and social exchange theory,demographic variables were taken as control variables,civil servants’ salary satisfaction,job involvement and organizational identity were taken as latent variables,and the relationship between variables was assumed.Then,appropriate scales were selected to make questionnaires,and data were collected in the form of online questionnaire stars.Then,through the test of SPSS26.0 statistical analysis software,it was found that three latent variables,namely civil servants’ salary satisfaction,job involvement and organizational identification,had significant influence relationship.In addition,the mediation effect test proposed by Wen Zhonglin(2004)also verified the mediating role of organizational identity between salary satisfaction and job engagement.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis,management suggestions are put forward to improve the job involvement level of civil servants in Lhasa from the perspectives of four dimensions of salary satisfaction,three dimensions of job involvement and organizational identity.
