Development stress is significantly negative correlated with salary satisfaction, development satisfaction, and supervision satisfaction. Organization operation stress is significantly negative correlated with duty satisfaction and supervision satisfaction. Fellowship is significantly negative correlated with development satisfaction and supervision satisfaction. And the predictive validity of work stress itself approximates maximum.(2) The higher the job satisfaction is, the higher the job commitment would be. And for the organizational commitment, the predictive validity of duty satisfaction approximates maximum.(3) The worse the work stress is, the lower the organizational commitment would be.
