| In Tibet,as a frontier ethnic area of the motherland,strengthening the awareness of the Chinese nation community is an inevitable requirement for safeguarding the fundamental interests of all ethnic groups,and schools,as an important place for personnel training,are the main positions for the awareness of the Chinese nation community.In December 2021,Tibet began to establish exemplary schools for fostering a strong sense of community consciousness.Based on the evaluation system indicators for establishing exemplary schools in Tibet,this paper conducts a phased analysis of the effectiveness of a University and proposes reasonable and effective suggestions to better promote the construction of exemplary schools.The research methods used in this paper include literature research,questionnaire surveys,and interviews.Based on the collection and reading of relevant literature,an online questionnaire survey was conducted among students of a University,and telephone interviews were conducted with teachers and relevant personnel.This thesis is divided into five parts:introduction and main body.The first chapter is introduction.Chapter 2provides an explaethnic group of theoretical sources and related concepts,including the important discussions on ethnic groupal community by Marxist classic authors and the important discussions on ethnic groupal community by successive central leadership collectives of the Communist Party of China.Chapter 3 presents the basic situation and necessity of establishing exemplary schools for fostering a strong sense of community consciousness in Tibet,including an exposition of the profile of exemplary schools,the need to guard against major risks in the ethnic field,the need to enhance moral education and personal development,the need to promote the cause of ethnic unity and progress,and the need to implement the Party’s new era policies on Tibet.Chapter 4 focuses on the main content of establishing an evaluation system for exemplary schools and analyzes the effectiveness of a University,including the evaluation system,the construction of the organizational system within the evaluation system,educational content,the implementation of practical activities,and the construction of a shared spiritual home of Chinese culture.The analysis is conducted in conjunction with the questionnaire and interviews.Chapter 5analyzes the difficulties and reasons faced by a University in establishing exemplary schools.Chapter 6 proposes effective paths for establishing exemplary schools for fostering a strong sense of community consciousness in Tibet.A University has achieved many results in its establishment,such as the preliminary establishment of an organizational system,a significant improvement in teaching quality,an increase in participation in practical activities,and continuous enhancement of Chinese cultural construction.However,it also faces some challenges,such as the need to improve the publicity of institutional mechanisms,the need to enhance educational methods and approaches,the need for further deepening of practical activity forms,and the need to improve the campus atmosphere of Chinese culture.In view of this,relevant measures are proposed for the above aspects: strengthening the construction of the organizational system,improving educational methods and approaches,laying a solid foundation for practical work,and strengthening the construction of a shared spiritual home of Chinese culture. |
