Research On The Construction Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres In Y City

Since the 18 th Party Central Committee,with the strengthening of the overall strict governance of the Party,the Party’s construction and anti-corruption struggle has reached an unprecedented new height.In ten years,Discipline Inspection Commissions at all levels have always been highly consistent with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,adhering to the principle of anti-corruption without prohibition,full coverage and zero toleration,and the struggle against corruption has developed and consolidated the development of an overwhelming situation.The achievements of the anti-corruption struggle are not only a positive recognition of the work of discipline inspection and supervision organs at all tiers,but also put forth new and higher requirements for discipline inspection and supervision cadres at all ranks.Especially after the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,the discipline inspection and supervision cadres have been further expanded,and it is necessary to continuously promote the high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work.This requirement poses new challenges to the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.This paper takes the construction of the discipline inspection cadre in Y city as an example.Through interviews and data analysis,an in-depth study of the construction of the discipline inspection cadre in Y city was conducted in a targeted manner,and the problems that exist in the construction of the discipline inspection cadre in Y city,such as insufficient in-depth political theory study,insufficient reasonable structure of the cadre,insufficient satisfactory effect of business training,and the system to be more perfect,were sorted out.The analysis of the problems shows that there are mainly reasons such as the degree of ideological importance needs to be improved,the selection criteria needs to be scientific,the training system structure needs to be improved,and the system operation construction needs to be reasonable.In view of the above problems and causes,the article finally gives corresponding solutions from five perspectives: strengthening ideological awareness,enhancing political construction of cadres;optimizing selection criteria,improving personnel structure of cadres;improving training mechanism,improving training effectiveness of cadres;improving internal management,guaranteeing healthy development of cadres;and focusing on the main and main responsibilities,improving professional level of cadres.
