| In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress was successfully concluded,and "Do not forget your initiative mind,keep in mind the mission" became a powerful driving force for the whole party and the people of the whole country to forge ahead.Then,in November,pilot work of the reform of the state supervision system was carried out nationwide,which expanded the scope of acceptance of discipline inspection and supervision,and formed a strong constraint on state public officials.At the same time,the total number of discipline-related letters and visits rose sharply,which posed a more difficult challenge for discipline inspection and supervision letters and visits cadres in their letters and visits.In the face of new challenges,can the perception of mission value of grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision petition cadres improve their work motivation,and what role does job embeddedness play between them? Based on the research of mission value,job embeddedness and work motivation by experts and scholars at home and abroad,this thesis takes 256 discipline inspection and supervision petition cadres in Guanyun prefecture as the research object,and uses SPSS21.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data and make descriptive analysis.In order to explore the relationship between mission value perception,job embeddedness and work motivation,this thesis makes an empirical study on 256 discipline inspection,supervision and petition cadres in Guanyun prefecture by means of questionnaires and interviews,and comes to the following conclusions:(1)the mission value perception of discipline inspection,supervision and petition cadres in Guanyun prefecture can effectively improve work motivation;(2)Job embeddedness can play a mediating role between mission value perception and work motivation.The research conclusion appropriately complements the research results of mission value perception,work Embeddedness and work motivation of members of public organizations,and also provides some references for studying the conclusions of objects in different fields on the subject.The innovation of this thesis is mainly reflected in: Firstly,based on the existing literature,this thesis further narrowed the research object to the cadres of discipline inspection,supervision,letters and visits in Guanyun prefecture,which enriched the influence of the perceived mission value of civil servants on work motivation and the mediating role of job embedding.Secondly,this thesis expands the attitude and behavior management of the existing civil servants in China,which provides a strong empirical basis for grassroots public departments to attach importance to the mission value of letters and visits cadres and to enhance the embedding of work motivation... |
