A Study On The Construction Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Cadres In The Tax System Of S City

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has further advanced the reform of the system of discipline inspection and the system of the state supervision,severely punished corruption,and purified the political ecology of the Party,reflecting the firm determination to govern the Party.As the maintainer of Party discipline,the level of team building of discipline inspection and supervision cadres is directly related to the effectiveness of the Party’s clean and honest government construction.However,there are some problems in the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the tax system of S city,such as unreasonable structure,inadequate function and so on,which affect the improvement of the level of supervision and discipline enforcement.In order to solve this situation,we must strengthen the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres from the perspectives of ideology,politics,organization,style and capacity-building,strengthen endogenous motivation,and promote the professional level of discipline inspection and supervision cadres.Using a combination of literature analysis,case study and interview investigation,this paper combs the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the tax system of S city,and dialectically absorbs the research results related to the team building of discipline inspection and supervision cadres at home and abroad,uses the theory of an all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline and andpersonality-job fit theory,explores the problems and causes of the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in the tax system of S city,in terms of construction subject,construction content,construction measures and construction effectiveness.And put forward to enhance the initiative as a consciousness,enhance the educational training and effectiveness,establish and improve effective incentive and restraint mechanism and other countermeasures.
