Study On The Construction Of Ecologically Livable Beautiful Villages In A Town Meihekou City Of Jilin Province

With the development of economy,urban environmental governance has been effectively improved,and the focus of ecological environmental governance has gradually shifted from urban to rural areas.As an important support in the construction of beautiful China,the construction of beautiful countryside has been flourishing in all provinces and cities since the "Beautiful Countryside" project was proposed by the Party and the state in2013.The construction of beautiful countryside plays an important role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era.To solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the ultimate goal of the implementation of the strategy.Aiming at "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized village style,effective governance and prosperous life" of rural revitalization was made clear in the report of the19 th CPC National Congress.In the No.1 Central document released in 2023,the construction of ecologically livable and beautiful countryside is mentioned as the height of steadily promoting the construction of livable and working conditions and beautiful countryside.In order to further improve the living and production environment of rural residents,and improve the happiness of local farmers living in rural areas,beautiful countryside and environmental protection should be unified.Starting from the ecological environment governance in the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper takes A town of Meihekou City as the research object.On the base of literature research,field investigation,consulting superior documents and other methods,combining with the great changes in the governance mode,infrastructure construction and industrial development of A town in recent years,to conduct an in-depth study on the function of A town in the construction of ecological livable beautiful countryside.Although the construction of ecological livable and beautiful countryside in A Town has achieved remarkable results,there is still a huge space for development in ecological supervision,human settlement environment improvement,farmers’ participation and agricultural industry development progress.Therefore,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward suggestions such as improving ecological supervision and law enforcement capabilities,accelerating the transformation of service-oriented government,increasing efforts in environmental pollution remediation,deepening publicity and guiding farmers’ participation,scientific planning of village construction,and developing rural green industries,so as to further set the right direction for the ecological functions of grassroots governments in the construction of ecologically livable and beautiful villages.
