Study On Problem Of Rural Ecological Habitable Construction In Yanbian Area

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained a high-speed and medium-high-speed growth,creating a miracle of economic growth.At the same time,the extensive economic growth model has also caused serious ecological damage.The vast rural areas are an important polluted area.The self-polluting in rural areas and the transfer of pollution from urban to rural areas are severely constraining the rural revitalization strategy and restricting China's all-round development.Therefore,the previous Party Central Committee paid great attention to the rural environment.On October 11,2005,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.On October 18,2017,the party's 19th National Congress report proposed a rural revitalization strategy.The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2018 regards ecological livability and industrial prosperity,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life as the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.The construction of rural ecological livability is to make the combination of modern science and technology and rural ecological environment,so that all construction resources can exert the maximum effect,so that the physical and mental health of the majority of villagers can be effectively guaranteed,creating a beautiful environment,good ecology,clean and simple life,and convenient life.Socialist new countryside.The rural areas of Yanbian Prefecture are China's border ethnic villages.Compared with other parts of the country,they have certain closure and backwardness,and they need the attention of the whole society.Due to the unique nature of their own natural conditions and social conditions,the Yanbian Prefecture is easily restricted by individuality.It cannot simply imitate or copy the successful experience of other areas in the field of ecological livable construction.On the basis of complying with national policies and combining the actual conditions of the rural areas in the state,the Yanbian govenment has formulated local regulations such as the "Extension Rules for the Overall Improvement of Rural Human Settlements in Yanbian Prefecture" and formulated specific regulations for the construction of rural ecological livables in Yanbian Prefecture.Arrange the deployment,vigorously carry out the village refinement project,and actively explore the rural ecological development model.However,Yanbian Prefecture still has problems such as weak ecological concept,imperfect environmental infrastructure and imperfect ecological system in rural ecological livable construction.Therefore,at this stage,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore a feasible plan for the construction of rural ecological livables in Yanbian Prefecture.This paper focuses on the ecological and livable construction in the rural areas of Yanbian Prefecture.Based on the ecological theory of Marx and Engels and the ecological construction thought of the Communist Party of China,combined with the actual situation of the rural areas in Yanbian,this paper proposes to improve the eco-environmental concept of the villagers and improve the rural environmental protection infrastructure.We will improve the construction path of rural ecological and environmental protection systems,with a view to promoting the development of rural ecological livable construction in Yanbian Prefecture and promoting the overall progress of rural economic and social development in Yanbian Prefecture.
