The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stresses that we should comprehensively build a modern socialist country on the track of rule of law.Public security organs are playing an important role in the course of social modernization management,including the fields of balancing development and security,conducting the overall national security concept,and building a safer and more stable environment for social and economic development.Among the public security organs,the number of grassroots front-line police and auxiliary police accounts for a large proportion and assume more responsibilities and their mental and physical and mental wellness is related to work efficiency and indirectly affects the social management.Due to the inherent particularity of the profession,police officers often face the oppressive working environment and witness far more intense events than ordinary people.Among them,the job burnout of grass-roots police officers is often more prominent in grass-roots units due to the reasons of bottom-line work and more contact with front-line work,including contradictions at grassroots level and combating crimes in the front-line.Through interviews and other methods,this study studies the psychological status of grass-roots police and auxiliary police in specific units,and evaluates the degree of job burnout,trying to propose referral solutions.Through individual interview and questionnaire survey,the job burnout issue of front-line police officers in J County is very prominent.The police and auxiliary police are at a dangerous high level in three dimensions,including emotional exhaustion,misanthropy and flat sense of achievement.From the analysis of the reasons,there are not only objective reasons such as insufficient police force and heavy work tasks,but also the lack of leadership management,employment,training,police security,career planning and other aspects.Considering the current reform of public security system and the new era development direction,and drawing experience from Hong Kong police work management practices,good for basic-level police job burnout problem can be divided into three levels: individual,unit,society,including personal right understanding of job burnout problem,positive adjustment of body and mind,unit logistical arrangements,salary adjustment,intelligence level of police,etc..At the social level,it is mainly to create a positive public attitude toward police and harmonious atmosphere.
