Villagers In Q County,lhasa City Participate In The Village Study On The Influencing Factors Of Governance

The general Secretary stressed that China’s socialist democracy is the most authentic,extensive and effective democracy to protect the fundamental interests of the people.Socialist democracy must highlight the will of the people,safeguard their rights and interests,bring into play their creativity,and ensure that the people become masters of the country through institutional improvement.Rural governance is the basis of the guarantee and stability of our basic political system.Rural grass-roots organizations should develop rural governance issues scientifically,effectively and reasonably.For a long time,the role of economic situation,political mechanism and government agencies in rural governance has been the focus of the industry,but paid less attention to the behaviors and influencing factors of villagers in rural governance.In fact,all villagers are the protagonists of rural revitalization.The key to rural governance is to stimulate the enthusiasm,creativity and initiative of hundreds of millions of villagers.Only by fully guaranteeing the principal position of villagers in rural revitalization can we effectively enhance the strength of rural governance and improve the governance mechanism.This paper takes the influencing factors of villagers’ participation in rural governance in Q County of Lhasa City as the research topic,discusses the theory of rational choice and the theory of civic voluntarism,rural elite governance and centeredness-the fringe theory and the theory of consultative democracy,and conducts a questionnaire survey.Based on the questionnaire survey data,SPSS software is used for statistical analysis.In this paper,variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are carried out from the perspectives of gender,age,education background,native place,government propaganda,democratic atmosphere,organizational construction,participation procedures and political consciousness,and it is concluded that the above 9 factors are significantly correlated with villagers’ participation in rural governance.Based on the analysis of relevant theories and influencing factors,this paper explores the scheme of villagers’ participation in rural governance.It is proposed to cultivate rural citizen culture,strengthen the construction of democracy and rule of law,improve the construction of rural community organizations,and improve the democratic governance procedures of village affairs.In order to provide reference for villagers in Q County to participate in the work of rural governance.
